Hello!

If only blogs could communicate scents, then this post would smell like fresh cut grass and spring air- Happy 1st post! This is the post I know one day I will look back on and laugh because I will grow and my current thoughts and writing will seem naive. But for now, this post is what it is! And I am thrilled to be writing a blog to re instill a widespread understanding of the Jersey Shore as the beautiful and scenic place it is.

A little about me..

I've lived in New Jersey my entire life and spent every summer on its beaches and in it's ocean. I cannot imagine a summer month without sand between my toes as I burn my feet walking on the boardwalk to grab a chocolate chip cookie dough ice-cream cone from one of the local vendors. Of course, now I cannot imagine even a week of summer going by without a burger and hotdog BBQ at the beach or drinking "boat drinks" (Thank you , Mr. Buffet, for that perfect term!) by the ocean while reading a good book. And of course, summer nights are as famous (or sometimes infamous) as they make them out to be in movies. Late night trips anywhere, relationship sparks, local concerts, after hours at the pool and more. Every summer just gets better and I can't wait to share all kinds of adventures, advice, pictures, videos, music, stores and whatever else strikes me!
